No ethics, no professionals. The management of this company don’t care about their employees.

Pay is pretty low for some positions that are very demanding, and raises are non-existent until you get an outside offer.

Pay is borderline minimum for the amount of work. Overworks employees. No sense of direction. Management caters exclusively to clients disregarding teams needs. Numerous feedback meetings without any action being taken on topics brought up. I had fellow agent be promoted and demoted to team lead at least 4 times in the span of 2 months and she was the only one who did things right. The team lead before her disappeared on a suspicious sick leave for more than 6 months. Would not recommend if you had other offers.

Based in contracts. Making it difficult for pay raises.

the people are older and more conservative.

It can be stressful to balance customer service with sales.

Pay was low and they started laying off
