AMT's Create a hostile work environment
Pros
Vacation and paid holidays are good. A shutdown during July and December are great.
Cons
I worked there for 14.5 years and the environment there was horrid. AMT's running around creating drama. Talking smack about the operators while yelling at them, literally, to hurry up. The fundamentals of the APS House are great and when they are actually applied improvements are made. However, there are some in management "I don't care"....If management doesn't care, why would operators care? Module feels like it's a hunger games every single day. I didn't realize how the constant stress was literally making me sick until I quit and my stomach quit hurting, my headaches stopped and my body doesn't hurt anymore. Until they fix the real issues, they will never be able to keep people working there.
