Pros

Health Benefits...on site PA's and Nurses that employee and employee's family can go to. This is a great benefit that I will miss if I leave the company.

Cons

Raises barely match inflation. Ran the numbers and due to inflation I haven't had an increase in spending power in more than ten years, even with promotions. I've been with the company about 20 years. I use to have great admiration for this company for many years, but all I can think about now is pursuing opportunities outside the company.

Autoliv is an Industry leader in the safety field. Company promotes innovation and puts a focus on quality.

Cons

Autoliv has published many record profit quarters over the last several years, but average merit increase have barely beat inflation. Bonuses are becoming more difficult to get, and don't necessarily coincide with how well the company is doing during good times,

Decent pay, flexible shift choices.

Cons

Will work you to death. Mandatory overtime that management abuses, forcing employees to work 6-7 days a week, for weeks on end. Working 28 days straight is a normal thing here, and you'll be threatened with discipline if you refuse to work it. They don't consider you a human, they consider you a resource, and they will squeeze you for everything they can until it kills you. Expect your social life, hobbies, health, and sanity to take a drastic decline if you work here.
