Remote flexibility, but closed-book exams can be challenging

Flexibility in working remotely - my last project was offshore and therefore completely remote

Cons

Too much emphasis on closed book exams for certification for my liking, but that's how the Microsoft certifications are and Avanade is a Microsoft partner

A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

Cons

There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
