      Pros

      -Great colleagues to work with and learn from -Fantastic Projects -Required paid 80 hrs training per fiscal year -Like working for the parent company who's name starts with an 'A', but without the burn-out effect

      Cons

      -Travel can be stressful if you are in a travelling position. Some people love it, but some people just aren't cut out for it. -Some policies are a bit odd, but will hopefully be changed in the future

      Ok - could be better if the relationship with Accenture, who owns 80% of Avanade, was a bit more open.

      Pros

      Challenging technologies - you get to work with some of the bleeding edge of technologies Small enough to impact/create change which is cool Benefits are ok relativity speaking

      Cons

      Growth potential are limited if you are a senior person; choices of projects (clients) - slim pickings if you are a senior person and depend on Accenture to get you into the projects. Accenture keeps the good stuff and offers up projects which they are less than stellar or spiraling down a rathole
