Pros
Every 6 months there is a performance review of every employee, giving it an opportunity to grow in a small period of time. Benefits are great, gym pass, online course subscription, a voucher for IT certifications, transportation, paid vacation & food
Cons
Hires juniors and sells them as seniors for more profit, and sometimes the team cannot perform as the client expects due to lack of experience/knowledge and velocity adding pressure and making it a fast-paced environment as the tasks are not the right level of expertise.
