      Good place for young new graduates

      Pros

      Working in a young environment with skilled software engineers and developers. It's a good place to learn.

      Cons

      It's required to work in different teams and to move from one side to another of Rome. Sometimes the working places are horrible and don't meet the minimum living requirements. Avanade does nothing to facilitate this mobility.

      Great place for stable income and good benefits

      Work from home most the time. No one really cares when you work, as long as you get your work done... and make all your meetings

      Cons

      There is a lack of guided upward mobility and no clear direction on exactly how you move up in the company.
