      Decent company to work for

      Pros

      Really cared about trying to make everyone a better consultant.

      Cons

      I was a consultant for one organization for two years. With longer engagements I noticed you can lose your connection with both colleagues and management, making you wonder who you actually work for. There was no type of profit sharing or reward for fully staffed consultants. Management didn't differentiate between fully staffed employees and those sitting on the bench for three months.

      Good for young graduates but no growth if you are experienced

      Pros

      Provides good training platform for no experience young students who need to start their career.

      Cons

      You feel like another chargeable/staff-aug/capacity resource. Most of the projects there is no consulting process or a professional approach. There are no tools provided except MS Office. You are on your own when delivering as there are no proven methodologies used. Company owned by Accenture and Microsoft. However there are a lot of politics. The relationship lasts till the sales process. After that there is no support from either companies in solution delivery or relationship management.

      Offer great salaries Going thru a re-structure, if successful it will take them in the right direction to grow the direct business Backed by Accenture and Microsoft -share leads

      Cons

      Sales and marketing struggle to be aligned Top Executives lack respect for marketing Not all positions are set up for success Playing catch up building the infrastructure of the company
