Business Outlook
Pros
Avanade is a good place to learn Microsoft technologies. If you are lucky enough to get on a good project, the work is interesting.
Cons
If you don't get a good project, you are basically a contractor stuck out on your own at a customer site. The leadership team has no idea what they are trying to do or how to do it. All they know is that they want to grow. Strategy for this growth is missing throughout the leadership ranks.
