Avanade is a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft. We have the best of consulting combined with the close ties to Microsoft technologies and resources. Great career growth opportunities, training hours and community interaction.
Cons
With a global consulting firm, it is difficult to interact in person with your colleagues. More efforts have been focused on local and regional meetings as well as a focus on collaboration and using technology to connect the workforce.
