      Great opportunity to build up your resume with the latest and greatest Microsoft technologies. Since Avanade is a child company of Accenture and Microsoft you get chances to work on some extremely well planned projects which will make a measurable difference in a clients day-to-day operations. Avanade provides clear expectations for what they expect from you as employee and provides clear guidance for personal career growth. They provide extensive resources for training and certification and strongly recommend employees utilize them. Even if the start-up like work environment isn't for you, you will leave Avanade with current Microsoft Certifications and the experience you need to take the next step in your career.
