      Pros

      There is an excellent work environment People help each other If you don`t like something in your project, they help you changing your project They give you constants feedbacks They won`t fire, they will try to help you

      Cons

      The personnel department is not close to the employers The personnel department is very small for such big company, it`s hard to talk to them before you start The salaries are not compatible with the market Sometimes you will see some people be privileged The opportunities for growth depends so much on overtime

      It's a good company. But doesn't work with new technologies.

      Competitive benefits. One shot for free to take Microsoft certifications. Flexible time.

      Cons

      The most of projects work with old technologies. The salary is lower than offered in other companies.
