      Some good colleagues to work with. Good benefits package.

      Cons

      Sales team tell customers what they want to hear - sell products we cannot deliver or support. Small Surrey office shut and staff relocated to London - management had no concept that this might prove costly and difficult for working parents. When raised as a concern, they could not care less.

      1. You will be assigned an internal mentor from avanade, usually senior - helpful for someone looking for guidance in their career. 2. Their client tale is usually quite expansive - so if you end up building a rapport - you can try bunch of their clients and gain exposure 3. Focussed on MS certifications and skills - useful coz a lot of the industries are still using Azure products and services to build solutions

      1. Depends on a lot on the client, if you are working for a client where there is limited technical guidance/structure - you have to wear a lot of hats to make any progress towards the solution.
