Cons

Won't grow or move anywhere and pay after years of service stops increasing. Very stagnant and unappreciated.

Industry leading benefits, Location, People and work/life balance are good

Cons

Takes forever to get anything done. Layers and layers of management and approvals. Also not a lot of room for moving up quickly and learning new skills. Good place for someone grinding out their last 10 years until retirement, not good for someone young and hungry.
