      Poor place to advance your career if you are non-exempt

      Pros

      Great benefits and 401(k). Great vacation allotment.

      Cons

      Advancement not likely, particularly for non-exempt employees. Advancement typically achieved by applying for another job instead of receiving actual promotions, however non-exempt employees applying for exempt roles will probably not be successful in obtaining the job.

      Pros

      Great health benefits, perks, 401K match, good opportunity for movement within the company. Great people to work with (some offices more than others), there is good collaboration and most are willing to help and provide their experiences.

      Cons

      Too many useless meetings that do not help anyone get their job done, too many slides, which are never good enough for management. Some managers (including some VP levels) do not know how to treat people, these are the few that damage the good reputation of the company and of many others who are great leaders and team members. Too many policies.
