Pros
It was a very multicultural environment, flexible working hours, nice teams with young people, job easy to learn and easy to get in.
Cons
No extra hours are paid, so if you are the kind that is commited you will get more and more work. The knowledge in the company gets lost very often since people leave after 2-3 years, hard to find contact persons and very few possibilities to grow within BASF Services. Badly paid
