      Solid company, matrix organization with collaborative culture

      Pros

      - Strong leadership culture and high expectation to leaders - Friendly and collaborative colleagues, team work is highly appreciated - Matrix organization with check and balance - New CEO is driving lots of changes for customer orientation and organizational de-layering - Good staff benefits overall (including spouse and children)

      Cons

      - Changes take place in a slower pace with the matrix set-up and alignment - Some toxic leaders exist and it takes a longer time to manage him/her out - Generally the company is stable with not very high turnover, making a lot of vertical upward or lateral movement difficult, blocking the pipeline - Covid-19 also hit the business quite hardly especially automobile industry
