People are great, snackbar is nice

Cons

Huge pressure, no formal induction / education for new joiners, super high expectations without clear instructions on how things are done, too many stakeholders to go through even the simplest task Working hours are hectic; no one goes home. As a GG, you really cannot clock out at 6PM sharp while everyone else is working. If you have work, you will have to work even during the weekends.
