      Pros

      Great culture across the company Reasonable amount of transparency Huge focus on internal promotion, and moving people through the business Endless opportunities, locally and out of the country. Entry role as a TMR is incredibly autonomous and gets you into the motions of the business. Plenty of travel opportunities.

      Cons

      If you're not mobile, hampers any chance of being promoted.
