Very dynamic organization, leveraged by its strong team spirit and synergy. Employees are encouraged to give their opinion and drive their career. There is a strong culture of excellence in execution, which leads to fast employee development, people and business wise. Also, the company offers a wide range of training to give all the tools for employees to succeed.

Cons

Given the characteristics of the industry, plans can change in any moment and this might generate frustrations. Strong change management skills and resilience are compulsory to succeed @ BAT.

Mainly promotions happen within the company, managers are invested in teaching all about tobacco and how to become a great leader in the company. Way more vacations than the average Mexican company. Great bonuses

Cons

Rivalry between employees generates a tough environment. Overall perception that HR team is not doing a good job. If you're not considered a top performer, your career will be intentionally stopped at certain level.

It is a great learning environment, some of the best people in the country are working there.. Good international opportunities.. Globally cares for its employees..Transparent culture, access to senior management..Competitive pay and benefits, especially at senior level

Cons

There is no balance in management either people are too lenient or too tough-the system is highly dependent on the people. One year you can be star (if your manager likes you) the other year with a new manager you can be out of the door. Locally - depending on the country commercial performance- there is less work-life balance..Ever changing strategies, focus and priorities..
