      Open Door policy, Learning on the job and exposure to world class processes and procedures

      Cons

      Open Door policy does not always work in that some managers do not encourage walk in's. Its unspoken. Also the whole issue of being overworked in the name of "stretching"

      The salary and benefits is fine.

      1.The culture between head office and territorial office is very different. Territory office micromanagement easily burn out due to lots of paper work and demanding work load. 2. The public and law is getting more strict to tobacco business.
