      Pros

      - Has to be one of the best places to learn the tricks of trade. - Benchmark compensation package, and the car right after you get your first job as Territory Officer is definitely a big plus.

      Cons

      - Highly toxic and prejudiced culture, contrary to what you might hear. Emphasizes a lot on diversity, but the reality is if you do not talk in the same wavelength as everyone else, you will soon be pushed aside. - Leadership, especially in Trade Marketing, focuses more on glamor of work than actual effectiveness. Highly invasive of personal space and immensely unprofessional during reprimands. - Work life balance in this company is a myth. If it is important to you, I suggest you STAY AWAY. - Company seems lost when it comes to adjusted mission and vision during pandemic.
