Good perks, nights out etc (but not a fair trade for your job becoming unbearable) Good severance package
Cons
Don't understand the vaping market or consumers Too much ego/vanity tied up in Vype to invest elsewhere Good and hardworking staff run into the ground Redundancy process shambolic, still awaiting answers almost a month after finishing with emails being ignored or the buck passed if you do get a response Nobody takes responsibility Too large to be streamlined or agile, incredibly slow to get anything done Those who throw others under the bus get ahead, even if incompetent The more you do the more is expected of you but with staff levels slashed, not sustainable No support from management Profit over people Price loyal customers on fixed incomes out of using the products, used Brexit as an excuse when we were told by senior management it was purely to make more profit and costs hadn't increased.
