      Nepotistic boys club culture where who you socialise with is more important than what you know and only the tough survive. Spend more time navigating through the vast political jungle rather than doing actaul work. Archaic systems with everything excel based. Would not recommend applying for a role hear

      BAT gives you the stretching experience that will make you leave your comfort zone and expand your capabilities to rhe next level. All the challenges this industry faces really make you to be on your toes, ahead of any other FMCG.
