      Pros

      There's attention to people development, good management, pay and benefits are on the high side, a great office location near Covent Garden and a very international environment where you get a chance to learn more. I have worked elsewhere in big firms and this is by far the best.

      Cons

      A bit slow like all big Companies. Some Managers who have been there for too long, get too comfortable in their jobs and resist change from new generations. Other teams are more vital and fun.

      Pros

      Nice company welfare and welcoming people. Competitive culture to provide coaching and mentoring. Good office and location in Taipei. Staff are relatively young. People think logically and very sensitive about the numbers which makes the planning very details and sophisticated.

      Cons

      Put too much emphasis on analysis. Management level has little bargaining power to leverage end market's strategy . And organization is getting slimmer under cost pressure. The cluster re-organization between Taiwan and Hong Kong end market does not really work.

      Pros

      Really interesting work, great teams and a relaxed flexible work environment. Excellent building and MD is one in a million.

      Cons

      It's tobacco - not proud of the health implications. The more they invest in harm reduction the better.
