Pros
You can approach anyone in the office and ask them to expalin their task or job which might be very helpful if you want to know how the company functions
Cons
Lack of responsibilities for interns. As an intern in BAT you are neither involved in the projects and daily activities. Besides, you are not allowed to attend meetings or have a say. As a result you cannot learn a lot and have to do most of the supportive stuff like making presentations for junior managers.
