BAT one of the most dynamic company, in every aspect of works.       Generally, company vision ,mission and the guiding principal is top seeded. But, office politic, bias, racism and favoritism do exist. But, it is all about you, stand tall, knowledgeable, know your right,firm and top commitment to your job, nobody can shake you.
