      A good place to be .. but no more than 2 years and preferably not in the IT department.

      - good team spirit - a changing environment always up to date with technology - satisfing salary for beginers - acceptable stress generated by work volume

      Cons

      - the IT department it is not a considered a core department - it is a FMCG company and this will eventually limit the possibility to learn new technologies - it is hard to move from one department to another without "knowing someone"

      - Friendly and multicultural environment - People development is taken really seriously. You won't be stuck in the same position for more than 1-2 years specially when you are starting. - People training is very good, you have workshops at least once a year to improve individual or team performances. - Challenging industry, regulations change at least once a year and you need to reinvent your marketing strategy constantly. Thinking outside of the box will really help you. - Management Team is really flexible and you can always obtain permission for doing personal things - Very good year bonus for achieving company's objectives - Good Health Benefits - Gym discounts - Good location if you work for the southern cone area.

      Cons

      - Balance with personal life is not good at all. There is a bad inherited habit that is normal for people to stay until 7-8 or more and is considered acceptable. Besides there is always budget limitations for hiring more people. - Bureaucracy can be really tiring. People end up doing the same task 5 times because approvals are needed locally, regionally and globally. And of course all directors think differently. - This is not a very plannified company, changes are constant and people end up running all the time to achieve the same deadlines.
