Business Outlook
Pros
Very well internally structured with clear responsibilities for each position. Highly professional managers from whom you can learn a lot. The total compensation system is well thought of and balanced. You are a part of a huge multi-national organization so you see your company's brands everywhere you travel ;)
Cons
Working in tobacco: you are basically participating in a massive conspiracy against humanity. No bright future: both for the company and you. You see that the restrictions are getting tougher everywhere and the company is constantly going through another restructuring. Also, the more you stay in tobacco, the harder it is to get out of there, especially if you are from sales or marketing.
