      Diverse culture Global mobility A responsible company in a very controversial industry Succession planning became priority and every senior manager's performance indicator

      There is still an older generation mentality that is still resisting change. The sustainability of the industry itself leaves a big question mark due to stakeholder pressure

      top team doesn't communicate a lot of material things which gave a healthy environment for gossip to growth work are not professionally coordinated among departments work load are not distributed fairly either among departments or among colleagues

      Varied & interesting work (not pigeonholed) Ability to work from home 1 day a week (hours can be high) Very good pay higher up the ladder Genuine coaching/supportive culture (while things are going well to middling)

      Management - progression through the ranks very much depends on your manager Management - espouse leadership & individual ownership of results, however when significant issues/challenges occur revert to a blame mentality apparently driven by a strong tendency to protect their personal KPI's/bonuses (which can be substantial dollars)
