      Amazing growth, awesome career opportunities

      Pros

      - Start up environment without the financial stress of a start up - Back-office support of ABI so we can focus on growth - Awesome office set up and location - Super generous vacation policy - Finally getting the career experiences I've been wanting for years (ex: managing a team, setting the strategy, receiving mentoring)

      - Pace of work is fast compared to my previous companies - I needed to become comfortable with ambiguity since we have to change priorities as mandated by the business

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits are competitive provided you start high. If you don't, then you'll be fighting for a meaningful raise for years. Bonuses are decent but dependent on your base pay.

      Cons

      Culture is as toxic as you can imagine. Leadership is inexperienced and arrogant. If you're male and Brazilian, you're much better off.
