      Good total comp and opportunity to lead projects with relative low experience. Global and local job opportunities if you are willing to move internationally

      Its run like a family business (no data driven decision making). There is a huge conflict of interest between AB InBev (parent company) and BEES. The org structure doesn't make sense. Top leadership low little about B2B

      Generous company, employees are connected to the vision and the hype is very high within the company.

      Cons

      The company is very mid-tech. There is no urge to have great products, they are driven mostly by showing nice numbers to the board. The commercial team is leading the company's needs and there is no real innovation. it was very innovative with a product-oriented mindset but it ended mid-2022. The leadership don't provide a clear vision and targets, it feels there is no leader to trust.
