      One of the best places I've had the opportunity to work. Friendly environment, structured career path, flexible time, human leaders and autonomy to do your job. It is a place where you feel comfortable to be yourself and grow.

      - The area on the spotlight at AB InBev

      Cons

      - Arrogant senior leadership. Don’t listen to anyone and is disrespectful with the team. - Harassment is the management style. - Culture of fear beautified with a cool office and nice branding. - Success theatre is the norm (despite of what the leadership says). - People with no experience and no clue on what they are doing making decisions that are gonna hurt the business in the long run.
