      - The area on the spotlight at AB InBev

      Cons

      - Arrogant senior leadership. Don’t listen to anyone and is disrespectful with the team. - Harassment is the management style. - Culture of fear beautified with a cool office and nice branding. - Success theatre is the norm (despite of what the leadership says). - People with no experience and no clue on what they are doing making decisions that are gonna hurt the business in the long run.

      - Start up environment without the financial stress of a start up - Back-office support of ABI so we can focus on growth - Awesome office set up and location - Super generous vacation policy - Finally getting the career experiences I've been wanting for years (ex: managing a team, setting the strategy, receiving mentoring)

      Cons

      - Pace of work is fast compared to my previous companies - I needed to become comfortable with ambiguity since we have to change priorities as mandated by the business
