      Good total comp and opportunity to lead projects with relative low experience. Global and local job opportunities if you are willing to move internationally

      Cons

      Its run like a family business (no data driven decision making). There is a huge conflict of interest between AB InBev (parent company) and BEES. The org structure doesn't make sense. Top leadership low little about B2B

      Pros

      There is no limit to what you can do, you will be able to do whatever you want, they really keep you going beyond what you have imagined. I was an early developer and I could talk with the directors about anything.

      Cons

      It is hard to be recognized in monetary terms, everyone see what you do and you have the social recognition from everyone. But in monetary terms, they do not recognize your effort.
