Terrible place to work: instability, lack of ethic, transparency and high pressure for short term results.
Pros
The main office in São Paulo is conveniently located, there are many options of restaurants nearby and it's easy for public transportation.
Cons
For the last 3 years this company is facing a turnaround to change the culture and increase profitability for shareholders. That simple reason have a huge impact in employees's lives. - Lack of stability: I faced 4 massive layoffs in less than 3 years. Imagine going to work everyday wondering if you are the next one to be fired. - Inconsistent strategy: leadership changes constantly and everyone wants to implement their own strategy which has a huge impact for the ones who have to implement. - Extremely hierarchical, which means that only the board make decisions, everyone else just execute and are not allow to make questions. - Lack of bonus and compensation adjustments, they set impossible goals every year and no one receive the bonus. - Lack of respect and ethic, I've worked with the most disrespectful leaders that constantly loose their heads in meetings and they still think they're right. - Lack of transparency, this is not a meritocratic company. People are promoted ONLY because they have good relationship with someone that is influent and not because you delivered good results.
