      - Production in Brazil...time difference is a killer for other regions - Sometimes very long working hours - Communication with head office is quickly limited if you don't speak Portuguese

      Pros

      Strong brands, challenging and dynamic environment, generally pleasant atmosphere, good benefits package, nice people.

      Cons

      Short-term oriented, strategy changes too fast. New high management too much focused on financials rather the the overall picture.Career opportunities guided by lots of politics instead of meritocracy. After the merge, pride fight depending on what brand was your original employer, leading to many bad decisions and prejudice. Company lost many good professionals and praised wrong ones.
