      Bonus and base salary. fun product... regular sales n great customers

      Cons

      The expectations and The DM lack leadership. Its not a positive work environment because your constantly getting chewed out about something or didnt complete something. you're expected to be top seller where the focus should be ops.

      Great customers, wonderful products, good work life balance, good benefits, there is a tight network with your peers with lots of support.

      Cons

      They have moved into a high pressure selling environment. You and your staff are expected to make every person who comes in purchase. You will be written up immediately if you are not making your goals.

      Pros

      Free products once a month. Floating holidays, which means three days off instead two. Vacation time. That's about it.

      Cons

      Retail hours, long floor sets, not enough payroll, SPAH, and now changing the title of management and cutting pay.
