Pros
Ever growing. Robust company. Some nice team members. Very knowledgeable.
Cons
Employees are not valued for their successful contributions.It's common to stay in your position for 7-8 years without any promotion. Poor choice of line managers. Some are pretty much clueless and have it so easy!. Study Managers are heavily hammered with all sorts of changes. No rewards or thank you even. They can't give feedback on medical leads in their teams but the latter can give feedback on them and are taken like a bible. Very hard to move up unless you have a good connection inside.
