Pros
Great benefits and pay. The people in most areas are good to work with and for the most part everyone gets along.
Cons
Upper-management doesn't listen to the people who actually do the work. The work load is way too much and work hours are continually changing. They have an open-door policy but won't listen to you (if you can catch them). Work life balance is next to none (unless you are upper-management.)
