      Pros

      Great company to work for! I worked with ice employees and had helpful management, especialling within the department. I was also given a very interesting research project, but had the freedom to perform and design my own experiments with guidance as necessary.

      Cons

      Since it was a large company, there can sometimes be some beuracartic issues. For example, I experienced some difficulty in getting setup with ID card, internet access, and etc right away.
