Supervisors hire friends instead of most qualified people! A few years ago, hiring was based on seniority. Employees were more satisfied as they knew as long as they were good workers, they could move into other positions in a set time frame. Now, supervisors can hire whoever they want regardless of the qualified employees who are already employed with Bayer!
