      Too many procedures that keep us from working effectively and efficiently

      the salary and benefits are very good and competitive. the location is idea with walking trails and parking is free.

      Cons

      the management is not supportive enough. too many processes and procedures that keep the employees from working efficiently. Global does not mean Germany.

      Nice people to work with Relaxed working environment

      Cons

      Hard to excel in the company (no room to move up or develop career in the company) Someone can be doing a very good job in the company and still be a contractor after working here for several years Management style is weak Lack of training for employees, most training is just online (lack of training for specific departments whereas other companies would send new employees off for a week of training) It is hard to get work done here because of the process (regulations, approvals, etc) it takes to do one little thing
