      It is a multinational with a great focus and vision, that allows to the collaborators to imagine and make possible their dreams and at the same time contribute to fulfill the dream / purpose of Belcorp "To promote beauty to achieve personal fulfillment", through the collaborative work and promoting initiatives that contribute to thousands of women in the market can achieve their personal fulfillment through direct sales.

      opportunity in some middle and senior management positions, that do not model ethical values and the necessary skills to perform their position, and this contradicts the purpose of the company

      *It actually is a Great Place To Work, specially as part of the innovation department. *There is always something new going on. *Employer-sponsored lunch and transportation. *It is never a pain to ask for permission for a personal matter. *Managers are usually easy to talk to.

      Cons

      *Not a very good bonus structure. *Lacks a specialized training plan for executives. *Not much room for a career plan.
