      Pros

      You always have a lot of things to do. Boredom and imposible are words that don´t exist in the Belcorp culture. Team work between pairs is really amazing. People always concern about your personal and professional needs.

      Cons

      Work/Life balance: the company values you staying overtime as a sign of commitment. Senior Management: there is not open mind to question and propose different ways or solutions about organizational guidelines. Culture & values: sometimes there is no congruence between values and actions
