      The company is very competitive, dynamic and aligned with customer service culture. You can expect equal job opportunities to both genres, working with high performance team and new challenges.

      Cons

      It is a family-owned business. Organizational structure was designed to support its fast-pace growth successfully, however, it can be annoying to staff members who have a low adaptability because structure is modified very often.
