Pros
Its purpose, the social impact that it has. the direct sales model in LATAM is responsible for helping many families to reach their dreams, their objectives and to feel like part of something important. This makes working at Belcorp worth it.
Cons
The internal structure needs to change. It is a family company and it has the problems that come with that reality. Also the vision for digital isn´t clear and this is having an impact on the way it operates. It needs to make a huge change in all its processes to be a power company once again.
