Difficult to understand the culture. This company has a HEAVY innovation strategy, lacks differentiation between brands and Mkt managers seem to ignore they compete between each other. Besides, they carry out a huge amount of projects, sometimes the same several areas are working in, so they waste money and time. The company doesn't have a defined identity and this make them wanting sometimes look as one competitor and the next day as another.

Organizational Structure change constantly. They prefer people that work until late and put their job ahead other personal interest. There's no work/life balance in some area like plannnig.
