Pros
Big Fish has an environment that fosters creative freedom with true accountability. Employees are rewarded and recognized for great work and innovation. Putting customers first, whether it be people who buy our games, developers who distribute games on our site or the employees are all treated with very high respect. With this huge focus on customer support and along with the hard work of some amazingly smart, creative and dedicated employees BFG has been able to grow at huge percentages every year since inception. This growth continues even in the current economic downturn which has inspired even greater creative growth. I highly recommend BFG because it is fun and extremely satisfying.
Cons
Not being able to walk to Myrtle Edwards park from our office without going to the sculpture garden. Poor northbound access on Elliott when leaving the parking garage. Too many employees to take the whole company on trips like we used to do.
