Pros

Lost of possibilities to move up into better roles, great benefits, ok pay

Cons

Terrible middle managers in customer service department, lots of big fish/small pong tiny Napoleons. Terrible QA policies, terrible treatment of CSR's by everyone in management roles.

Pros

Fun products and a great downtown Seattle location on the waterfront; Monthly fancy cake day for birthday celebrations; High customer engagement and love for new versions

Cons

Rapid company structural changes result in a lot of people getting lost in the shuffle with no clear path for career advancement

Great Culture & Work/Life Balance

Pros

The company has one of the best culture's I've experienced throughout my career. It goes all the way to the top with the founder, Paul. Everyone works hard, but there is great flexibility when needed to manage life outside of the office.

Cons

Historically less pay than other Seattle companies. It depends on what is most important to you. You can probably make a lot more at a company like Amazon, but your work/life balance will be nowhere near as great as it is here.
